This happened to me when I ran HoldemLuck more than once at the same time. I started it up and nothing seemed to happen, so I ran it again. It ended up running twice and each instance put the same hands in its db. I'm not sure how I fixed it. I either deleted alon.albert's table in the PT3 db, or it fixed itself when I rebuilt my PT3 db from scratch for another reason. Check in (I think) this thread to see what table in the db needs to be deleted.

That actually makes sense. You should be able to fix it by recalculating...

File/Recalculate hands

This will take a while so don't start another one while it's running :)

I don't want to sound pushy, but is there any chance to get rid of these wrong positioned tooltips (as descibed in my previous post)?? I liked this feature very much, because i could identify problem hands very easy like this. Now i have to look for a "mark" hand in the hands tab (with some outstanding value), find the corresponding peak in the graph to work out the offset (because it seems to vary...) ...

(today i lost a hand where i had some 96% EV... its not always this obvious  )

Im pretty sure this wasn't a problem some versions backwards...

I'd love to fix it but I can't reproduce it on my system. Are you using the latest version (0.14?) Does it happen even if you don't zoom in? Try filtering on a single day and not zooming. Doesn't happen to me even if I zoom multiple times so I'm at a loss.

Yes, i'm also using v0.14. It happens also when i filter for one day or week. :( Maybe there is something wrong with my screen or mouse setup?

Hey AlonAlbert,

Do you know if there's a problem with side pots? I have a couple of hands where I had AA, won the hands yet it shows it as a lost hand with the expected line dropping although it does not change anything to the difference line.

This only happens with side pots.

I'll try to post some images later. It's currently recalculating (I pressed the wrong button and it's gonna be busy for an hour :) )

The information is incomplete - look at the lines where it just says ": Fold".

I asked this question over on Pocket Fives, but figured I might get a better response here:

http://mysite.verizon.net/res10ot8d/id8.html

Hold 'em Luck is a nice tool to see how well you get your money in good. Are there any tools that can calculate how probable it is that your results are not random?

Thank You,

SQQTED

I believe HoldemLuck does exactly that. In your case, I can't tell exactly but it looks like you changed stakes dramatically during the observed period. The first 80% of the graph shows you ran pretty much even with very small variations while the last 20% or so have huge swings. I can also see in the graph that these huge swings are single hand result so the stakes you played at this time must have been high. The very small variations in the first 80% suggest to me that you played these hands at a much lower stake than the last 20%.

If this is true, then the graph is not at all unreasonable. You have a small run of bad lately but not much compared to the stakes you play. If I had to guess, you are playing 100NL or 200NL (that last hand shows a $400 bad beat so I suspect that was played at 200NL at least).
