Problem with HUD in FullTilt

Postby tzouras » Thu May 28, 2009 9:34 pm

When I play on FullTilt, the FullTilt program always shows me on the same position on the table regardless of which seat I am in. The HUD diplays the stats ok, but they are not under the correct player and I have to manually move them.

This does not happen in Pokerstars.

How can I fix this?

Thanks

It does the same thing to me on FTP. I don't know if there is a way to fix it, but it sure is annoying!!

I think the problem originates with FullTilt and the fact that they always show you on the same position on the table regardless of the number of your seat. Maybe PT software should be modified to take this into account when running with FullTilt.

Make sure the "Auto Center" box is checked in the Full Tilt Configuration tab in PT3. (Auto Import tab, click Full Tilt on the left, click Full Tilt Configuration on the right.) Then restart the auto import, move the boxes where you want them to go, save the layout and any new tables you open thereafter should be correct.(*)

(*) Unless you sit down, play, then get up. Once you get up FTP doesn't rotate the seats back to where they were, but PT3 no longer sees you in the hand so doesn't know to keep the stats rotated.

I am still having trouble with this.

Should the Auto-center option be enabled in both PT and the FullTilt client?

That depends whether you want to always be shown in the bottom center seat or not.
If you enable the option in Full Tilt you must enable it in PT3, and vice versa.

I am auto importing FT hands ok, I have FT configured with auto center and also on FT client, my PS HUD works fine, but I got nothing on the screen from HUD on FT. I am running 28.1
Advice? What to check?

EDIT: Is it easier to put FT in one DB and PS in another? I usually play one or the other, vs both at the same time?

You don't need to have different sites in different DBs.

Please enable logging and play a short session on a single FT table and attach your log files to a support ticket.
