Player Stats in wrong seat at PokerStars

Postby taks » Sat May 30, 2009 12:20 am

I use PT2 (ver. 2.17.03j) with PokerAceHUd (ver.1.18) on Windows Vista Ultimate. I cannot show Players Stats on correct seat even though I set both preferred seat (9-table) in Stars as well as preferred Seating in PokerAceHud for Stars; on both I choose Seat 5. Please advise.

Thank you.

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.10 as that will likely fix your problem.

I installed the latest version 1.19 Beta 10 and now I am getting the following error...

Unable to update cache. An exception has occurred.

I enabled the logging in PAH, re-created the problem and sent the log file to you through the support ticket:

Thank you.

Tak

P.S. Please note that I ran both PT2 and PAH as administrator.

On 6max PS, my stats are there, but offset from where they are supposed to be. They are not as indicated in layout manager.

The stats are placed correctly for 9 max

Stars changed the layout of the 6-max tables so this no longer matches the image in the PAH Layout Manager.
You can either update the image file in the PAH subdirectories (data/images IIRC) or use trial and error to position them.

I'm having the same problem except with Windows XP. Some tables are one seat off and others are 5 seats off.

Is there a fix for this yet?

Same problem as OP, on limit hold 'em tables. Tournaments and no-limit HE seem to be OK.

Have you updated to the latest PAH vesion 1.19.10.1? (check the title bar of PAH)
Have you configured the preferred seating option in PAH to match what you have defined in Stars?

If the skin you are using has a different layout to the image used by PAH then you will need to position the stats by trial and error.
The best way to do this is to turn preferred seating OFF in both Stars and PAH and then get everything lined up as you like it and saved, then re-enable the option in both.

Yes, I have the same version as the OP... the latest version. I don't use the preferred seat option on PS or HUD.

It's not an alignment problem. The stats are showing up in the wrong seats.

The stats are in the correct spot for no-limit and tournaments but in the wrong place on LHE tables. How do you explain that? This is not some sort of user error, it's bug in the software.
