We are currently investigating what needs to be done in order to update PT3 to work with the new software.

Please attach some of the new hand history file to a ticket on our Support system , and post your ticket numbers here so that we can get them to the development team as soon as possible.
Thanks.

The only problem is: I can find no HandHistory files in the new version and no settings that let me create history files.... :geek:
the old hero.db is just missing.

Where does it store the handhistory ?

According to this post they are in your AppData folder; you may need to set Vista to View Hidden Files/Folders.

That said, we have gotten enough hand histories to add support in the next Beta release for the P5 engine, however tournament support will not be available becuase OnGame's tournament hand histories do not contain a unique identifier (tournament number/hand number) so we cannot import them into the database at this point. Once that gets changed, we will add tournament support as well.

We're working on fixing a few other bugs as well, but it doesn't look like it will be too long at this point.

Does that mean a few days, a few weeks or even longer?
I might be unable to profitably play poker without the HUD and if it could take longer than appr. 2 weeks I might meanwhile open another account and play at another site, please give an estimate.

Beta 28, which was released earlier today, supports the new P5 software.

If you play tournaments or SNGs at OnGame then you should write support and ask them to fix this ASAP.
