Lost data from 3/13-6/09

Postby TH12345 » Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:18 pm

I was out of town for a few days, from 6/5 through 6/10/09. When I got back, I played briefly on Wed, the 10th.

Tonight, the 11th, I played a full session, and the data was recorded. When I checked month-to-date however, I had only the data from the 11th.

When I backtracked to find the last date data was recorded, I find the last day was March 13th or so. I play almost everyday for at least a little while, so there is definitely missing data.

Nothing from ~ the last 3 months.

Under the Misc. stats, the monthly totals seemed to be recorded accurately, I just can't bring up andy 'specific date' totals in the named period.

I have removed all filters as far as I know.

Any ideas?

Go to the Preferences tab and click the Remove All Filters button. Then go to the Session Notes tab. Do you see the session dates there? If not, if you still have the hand histories from those dates in a processed folder, use File > Import Hand Histories... to manually import the files from those dates. Does that work or does it tell you they already exist in your database?

I had already tried the 'Remove All filters', but I did it once more to be sure.

When I check 'Session Notes', the info is there, however, it still does not come up in the 'General Info' tab. I suppose this info isn't critical to recover, but I am kind of curious how/why it is coming up this way, and to make sure I haven't done something to cause it.

Thanks,

It sounds like something might be wrong with your database. Try using the Utilities > Repair A Poker Database option to fix the file.
