He's referring to the change to the user.ini file.

Is it possible to create a feature that imports and maybe even exports comments to and from pokerstars?
So that my comments in pokerstars would show up in poker tracker, and vice versa.

We will eventually get this added. The plan is to eventually eliminate the site's not taking process. You will take notes directly in the HUD which are then viewable throughout PT3.
