new computer -> back up

Hi,

i buy a new computer and made a backup of my PostgreSQL-database.I gonna transfere my hard drives to my new computer, but i change from XP to Vista.
Where can i find the backup from my PostgreSQL-database? (so i can implement it to my new Vista-postgreSQL-programm)

Do i have to take care of anything else with PT3 or PostgreSQL?
