Have you noticed that NLHE and tournaments are 9 seat tables and LHE is a 10 seat table? Maybe that has something to do with it?

In that case you'll need to change the layout for both size of table.
Options > Layout Manager. Select PokerStars and each size of table in turn and put the stats where you want them then save the layout.

Again, it's not a layout problem. The layout is correct for both types of tables. The stats are displayed in the wrong seats for Limit Hold 'em (10 handed tables). The stats are displayed in the correct seats for No-limit Hold 'em cash games and tournaments (9 handed tables).

Have you defined your preferred seat for both 9 and 10 seat tables?
Options > Preferences > PokerStars > Preferred Seat.
