PopUp stats show no values anymore

Hi there,

i just installed kraadas Advanced HUD from the layout section. My problem is that when i open the popup stats from a player, there are no values shown anymore. There is listed always "N/A" for all stats (very few values show "0/1" or "0/2" sometimes). The stats that are shown on the table are all ok (also the colored stats).

What i have done:
- updated PT from build 4 to 28.1
- let the new version do the db updates
- done a full housekeeping over all dbs (i use 5 dbs, 1 for played hands, 4 for the last 4 months, each monthly db contains about 1,5-2 million hands)
- imported the new stats of the hud
- done a full housekeeping over all dbs again (because of the new stats i just imported)
- installed the new hud itself
- tested the new hud and it worked fine, all stats including the popups worked well
- imported some new mined hands over that last 3 days, but didn't play poker, so i can't say when the error occured exactly
- done housekeeping of the actual mining db and played hands db once again in that time (in gerneral i manually import 50k-90k new mining hands each day (with only "Analyse ..." checked, not full housekeeping); i manually do a full housekeeping of the 2 dbs every 2-3 days (i leave old mining dbs untouched as long as i don't update them))
- yesterday i imported 50k new hands and started playing after that (no full housekeeping)
- i realised, that there are no values shown in the popups anymore

How do i solve this problem? I didn't try full housekeeping and testing after that again, but i will try this today afternoon. In general it would'nt be very fine for me to do housekeeping every time before i want to play as this takes 1,5 hours or more.

You will need to do full housekeeping on all your DBs after importing the HUD profile as that adds new stats.

Do full housekeeping on your 'played' DB and configure the HUD to just use that one DB and see if that works correctly?

Thanks for your quick answer. I have done full housekeeping on all dbs after importing the new stats and on the first try of the hud all worked fine (see post above ).

I will try your hint (do full housekeeping of the played hands db alone and only select this db for the hud) this evening and report here.

Edit: if you meant to do a full housekeeping after installing the hud: i don't remember if i have done this; i thought it is only nessessary after importing new stats. Maybe this is the error.

Yes, that's what i meant - when you import a HUD profile it imports the stats needed by that profile too.
Anyhow - let us know how your test goes.

I have done a full housekeeping on my played hands db and selected only this db for the hud yesterday and all stats looked good. So this was my error i think. Atm i'm housekeeping all my other dbs again and will test with them included in the hud this evening. I suppose erverythink will be ok, but anyway i'll report here ...
