Go Start->Run, 'cmd' -> OK.

At the Windows command prompt type:

Code: Select all
ping ptrackupdate.com


See if the ping times out or if it succeeds.

I am fairly confident that your Windows firewall is not the issue.

succeed . 0% losses ping is 135-136 ms

Is there anyone alive ? What can i do, except formatting disk :)) *? Will you release any updates or fixes in non-far future ?

Sorry - I don't know why you didn't get a reply yesterday - until kraada comes on again later today please enable logging and attach your log file to a support ticket.
