Pat,

I have downloaded and installed the b patch but now opening PT2 insists I open as administrator (before FTP update I didn't need to) ,when it opens the ODBC driver log in fails as it cannot find file C:\program files\Poker Tracker V2\hhdb.mdb.

Then it asks me to log in to PTRACKHH...?

Looking into Poker Tracker V2 directory there is a hhcopy.mdb but I cannot see a hhdb.mdb file...

I do not know what to do?

Thanks ,

Ken

Patch a worked fine for me yesterday for about 1500 hands. This morning I started getting the access violation. I downloaded the b patch and same thing. So as of now neither PT2 or PAH are working. You mentioned upgrading to PT3. Is there an upgrade price or do we just through away the money spent on PT2 and PAH?

Manually move all of the hand history files from the previous days out of the hand history folder and see if it imports the files from just today without issue.

There is a discount for PT2 users to upgrade to PT3, please see here...

Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder and click on the Compatibility Files link/button at the top of the window. Is the hhdb.mdb file in that folder? If so, what is the date/time on it? Are there any other MDB files there? If so, what are their names and dates?

I have downloaded both patches, but it will not upload the files in that folder.

Once i click the, Auto-Import Full Tilt Poker Hand Histories icon and click on the Start Timer or Force Import, it runs like normal, only it never finds any hands to import. It did not find the hands i played yesterday, OR while i was playing today.

Also, i did not try to use Poker Tracker at all yesterday, i played without it, and no import was attempted until after i downloaded both patches from this thread.

Thank you.

I installed patch http://s217900936.onlinehome.us/patch21704b.exe. When it did not work, I tried http://s217900936.onlinehome.us/patch21704a.exe. I am getting the error message "File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from." I am running poker track 2 on Windows Vista. How can I fix this problem?

Thank you

You must not have been running PT as administrator before then if those files are in that folder.

With PT closed, move the ptrack.mdb and the hhdb.mdb files to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. Then run PT again.
