What does the version number say in the title bar of the main PT window?

2.17.03j

Then you haven't even installed the patch. Download the patch, install it, then open PT and the version number should say 2.17.04B.

Patches had bounced into the wrong folder.
Problem fixed, thank you.

OK, here is the latest patch, this fixed the issue that the other user was having with the "out of memory" errors so I hope it also fixes the issues for others that were having the access violations errors as well. V2.17.04C is the version number. This patch still doesn't move the processed files, you'll have to do that manually until I get time to add that to another patch.

Again, I don't support PokerAce. Anyone having PAHUD issues, see the PAHUD forums...

I'm using patch http://s217900936.onlinehome.us/patch21704c.exe. I confirmed via about Poker Tracker that I am using version 2.17.04c. I am also using the auto import feature. I never converted my database to access. I receive error message."Error: Access violation 0x76063642 (tried to read from 0xB770000), program terminated." What should I do next?

Thanks

Just installed the FTClient Hotfix for the update yesterday.
And i installed this beta "patch21704c.exe" for PT2, too.

No error, and a fine import.

But I dont multitable till PAHud is live again.

Big ups to Pat for all the work he's put it and all the dumb questions of mine he's answered w/out making me feel like an idiot :D It seems like PAHUD is gonna be a while and I've become so used to having a HUD that I can't wait.

I'm making the switch to the dark side  So long, thanks for keeping PT2 updated long after you had to. Alot of companies probably would have stopped updating after PT3 came out. I hope that other program has a forum that's as helpful as these ones are.

Manually move all of the hand history files from the previous days out of the hand history folder and see if it imports the files from just today without issue.

Once I moved 26 files, 899 hands, from today into their own folder some of the hands were imported and then I received the same error message. Next I moved the files in batches 4 or five into the folder; eventually, I was able to get all of the hands imported. I'm done playing for today. I guess the problem is solved for now. Is anyone else having issues importing 6+ files at once?

Thank you for your help.

I moved all but today's hand histories, and it works fo a while, but then I getthe same access violation. May be time to upgrade, but I can't quite figure out my cost. I bought PT2 back in 04, but PAH within the last few months. Not sure when and I can't find it. When you get a chance could you let me know a cost. Doesn't seem like PT2 or PAH are a good solution anymore.
