After downloading your latest update, I used it successfully on Full Tilt for about 5 minutes, then it crashed.
Error message:
Sybase Inc. Product File has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

I restarted the program, it imported hands fine for about another 5 minutes, then did it again.
Also, it appears that observed hands are no longer being imported?
