Unable to activate on Mac

Hi!

I am trying to activate Pokertracker 4 on my macbook. However the input field for the code is not possible to paste something into, not to write in either.

Is this a known bug? Any other way to activate it?

I am not aware of an issue copy/pasting registration codes. If you are typing in the registration field it will not accept lower case characters (no registration codes have a lower case character) so make sure you are using shift or caps lock. If you need further assistance please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
