Ignition Hand Grabber Renewed, Not Working

Hi,

My ignition hand grabber subscription renewed, I was charged and paid, however it is not working and says the license expired. I assume I need to update the license with PT4, how do I do that?

That should happen automatically. If you're using any security software (such as antivirus, firewall), please make sure to follow the instructions given in the Security Software Configuration Guide to see if that helps. If it doesn't please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. After PokerTracker 4 has started select 'File -> Create Support Bundle', save that file and then attach it to a Support Ticket so we can check your logs and advise you accordingly.
