PT4 wont open on mac

Hey,

Just downloaded the PT-Install-v4.17.3 (1).dmg on Mac, moved it to applications as usual but cant launch the program. I see it it popping up like it would be open but nothing shows up, it freezes my mac a bit and eventually crashes if i dont do anything about it.

No firewalls, no VPN, also tried with different connections. Downloaded POSTRsql manually and tried all the tricks from previous posts. Help please!

I don't know what you've tried but do this with PokerTracker 4 closed down:

Open the Security & Privacy window in System Preferences.
Choose Accessibility on the left.
Click the lock in the bottom left to make changes, if required.
Select PokerTracker 4 and click the "-" (minus) below to remove the permission.

Then try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If that doesn't change anything please press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the issue and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
