PT4 (MAC) PartyPoker/BetMGM in PA - weird error (plo vs NLH)

Hi Guys,

BetMGM (Partypoker) in Pennslyvania. I am on a MAC, and HUD works perfectly when testing it on NLH. However, i get this weird error on PLO...it seems to ask if I have the right table....

If I click "matches" (middle of table on right), then nothing actually happens. The HUD doesnt appear after i tell it "it matches"

any idea or tips?

And, the hands are importing automatically correctly. Just seems to be a HUD problem.

So we can investigate this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing on an Omaha table and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table and the hand history file. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

It looks like Enable Logging is already checked. Perhaps I can send you that stuff now?

Ideally we would prefer that you reproduce the problem by playing for just a few minutes so that the log file does not contain more information than necessary but if that's not possible you can send us the log file from the relevant session which will be stored here:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\Archive

Well, I just fired it up and went to try it and it appears to have fixed iteslf. The table positions are out of wack for each player (but the hud is appearing). I have Preferred Seat set, so going to try to drag the hud over the player and click "save layout" and see if that works.

I tried to play again today, and it didnt work again. I just sent in a support ticket with support bundle! Sorry!!! driving me crazy!
