Poker Tracker 3 Freezes

When I click on the Auto Import the Poker Tracker Trial just freezes up. And I don't mean there is any error message, as in it just freezes.

Are you using Beta 15?
If not, try it.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

Have you configured PT3 to know where to import hand histories from?
When you say it freezes, do you mean you can't click any buttons or anything - is it "not responding" in Task Manager?

Are you using Vista? Are you running everything as administrator?

I use Vista, and I have set up for Poker Tracker to be run as administrator. And when I click on the button auto import it totally freezes up as in it says not responding in Task manager. And I am downloading the one you offer, not sure if its beta 15 but I think it is.

I ahve set up for my Full Tilt histories to be sent to a certain folder and I configured it to go to that folder.

Please help!

The version is listed in the title bar of PT3.
You have to scroll down the download page to get to Beta 15.

If you have beta 15, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

This was in the Log File, name was AutoImport_20080809. It said 2008/08/09 18:48:49: Info: Everest: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 18:48:49: Info: Full Tilt: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 18:48:49: Info: PokerStars: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 18:52:25: Info: Everest: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 18:52:25: Info: Full Tilt: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 18:52:25: Info: PokerStars: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 19:18:01: Info: Everest: Starting auto-import.
2008/08/09 19:18:01: Info: Full Tilt: Starting auto-import.

Thats all and I installed the new beta 15 one. But also not sure where to find the PokerTracker.log file.

Ok, also not exactly sure how I am supposed to submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket..

As you probably have realised I am not exactly technically amazing at computer stuff so would appreciate anything you can do to help.

Enable logging explains where the log file will be created, and how to set it up.
Then click support system and click through PT3, and relevant sections - if you can't decide which section, just click PT3 then 'skip this step'.
