Problems with All-in Cash out Ipoker and PT4

Hello, good evening, I am having a problem this month, before and after they added "All-in Cash out" to the Ipoker tables. Just this month I wrote down on day 1 the bank I had, in these 28 days €34 difference between PT4 and the cashier in the room, today I just looked and in the last session the difference between the cashier and PT4 is €110...

I understand and hope that it is an error that PT4 still does not correctly count the tables with ALL-IN CASH OUT in the Ipoker room, I would like to know if they are trying to fix it, or what is causing this situation, thank you very much.

Unfortunately cashout hands are not currently possible to support accurately due to the lack of rake in iPoker hands. I understand that they are adding rake to their hand histories and when that rolls out we will update PT4 to support these hands. If you wish to be notified when that is available please open a Support Ticket about the issue.

I just downloaded PT4 after having a break (I did not renew yet, so I am using the trial), and I am cashing out my equity every time these days. When I imported the 3k hads I have played so far, there were many errors saying invalid rake, and those were multiple buyin rake amounts. I guess that is the cashed out equity. And I am breakeven according to PT4 but I actually made 4,5 buyins.
I am playing on William Hill (iPoker).
Has this problem been solved already in the paid version?

The trial version works the same with regards to hand importing. PokerTracker 4 has already been updated with regards to these hands however your iPoker client may not be providing cashout hands in the new format that includes rake information. It was first added only in iPoker downloaded hand histories but it should be becoming available in real-time hands as well but I don't know the situation with regards to each individual iPoker skin. If you want us to check a sample of your hands to see if they have the required information then you can attach a sample to a Support Ticket.
