Mucked cards not showing up

Hi, I haven't played in awhile. I updated to version 4.18.3 and I noticed the mucked cards are not showing up anymore on Ignition. Is there a new option in the settings that I need to change?

Are you referring to the opponents hole cards in the PokerTracker 4 replayer? Or maybe in the HUD at the end of a hand? If so is that via a third party hand converter? Do the hand histories written by the converter include details of the mucked cards in them? As far as I am aware mucked cards aren't going to be specified there so the PokerTracker 4 HUD wouldn't be able to display them.

Yeah, left out some parts. I meant in the HUD at the end of a hand, and I'm using Ignition Card Catcher. They weren't showing up earlier in the session, but later on they started showing up. I'll see how it goes in the next session. Thanks.
