HUD not refreshing stats

having the same problem as people in other threads. suddenly HUD will not refresh stats. if i close HUD and then re-open the stats are displayed.
i have the latest version. running as administrator as well.

Have you got any filters set? Options -> Preferences -> Filters.
Please try turning them off, and check that the Refresh Rates are sensible with no gaps, and that your own stats are set to update frequently.
