Hero stats missing in HUD

I had my winnings displayed in the HUD for Hero only and they are gone since beta 16. I tried to recreate the stats (delete, create new stats with new name, different stat to be displayed, but again only for Hero) without it being displayed. Anyone else with this problem?

Looks like the other stats (all configured as either "show on table for everyone but hero" or "popup use only") are working correctly.

stars, cash, villain stats work, same for popup but no hero stats that show my incredible strength. Very demotivating

I have the same problem with FTP, I don't think it's site related....

I deleted an old database and started a new one with Beta 16.

After playing a few hands my Pokerstars stats aren't showing up at all. Everyone else's stats show up fine but I mine don't even show up in PT3, including the hud. I can't select myself from the list to see my stats because I don't even show up! I have check the handhistory.txt files and my username is in there fine.

Have also played a few hands on Full Tilt and I can select my Full Tilt name on the list.

Anything new on this one? Wasn't fixed in beta17 though. Should I open a ticket? Do you need additional info/logs etc?

Yes, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
