Problem with PT3 hud on Everest

Postby 123ichbindabei » Sun Sep 07, 2008 8:42 am

Hello,

I have the following problem, since I am using the PT3 hud:
Everytime, when it´s my turn on a table, the table pops up into the front. Although I disabled this option at Everest. When I play without the Hud, this problem doesn´t occurs. Is there any possibkity to fix this problem?

Cheers

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table (can you reproduce it if you put another type of window in front of the table, or does it have to be another table? If not, 2 tables..) and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I have the exact same issue ever since i'm using PT3 and it's quite annoying.

FWIW the table doesn't POP UP if there is another window over it, but it gets the focus, so if you're typing in a bet amount or typing in the chat on a table at the same time it's your turn to act on another table you lose the focus (so it's stop typing) of the first window.

A fix for that would be much appreciated, this is the only major leak that makes PT3 not perfect on everest.

Sadly the problem still exists and it´s really annoying to play with it. Do you know how long it takes until it´s solved?

Have you upgraded to Beta 23?

If so, please attach new logs from Beta 23 to your support ticket and let us know in there as well that the problem is ongoing and we'll take another look at it.

I already send the log files to the support mutiple times, but the problem is still existing. All other everest players I know, which are also playing with the PT3 Hud, have the same problem. Is there ane timeframe, when the bug will be fixed? Or do you now a solution with another program (e.g. ahk Skript or something like this)?

PS: I am using V 3.00 25.2

The more log files that we get the easier it is for us to figure out what's going on and getting it fixed, so if you could submit those logs we would appreciate it.
