Exporting is freezing

I am trying to export hands from my PT3 database (postgresql). After multiple attempts, it keeps freezing at the same time elapsed amount (4:14). I've tried it with exporting various date ranges and numbers of hand histories and I get the same problem.

Filters don't affect what gets exported (at the moment).
What version of PT3 are you using?

If filters are not being applied, does it try to export every hand in the DB (even observed ones). If so, it is probably trying to export around 500k hands. Not sure if the amount of hands would make a difference or not.

No, that amount of hands is fine.
Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
