HUD stats disappear on random Stars tables

While multitabling, occasionally HUD stats vanish from 1 or more of my tables. Restarting corrects the problem. Vista obv. Everything else working nice.

Am I supposed to find & install beta 12? The sticky is like a year old.

What version are you running?
You should be running Build 3 now.

Download and install PT3.

Yes, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
Please note the time you see the problem, and which player's stats disappeared.

After looking a little closer at the problem, it seems I described it incorrectly in the first place. Here's what really happens...........

When I start a session, everything goes well. I can get 24 tables going and PT3 hud works fine. But at some point in every session (usually about 30 minutes in I think), when I join a new table, stats do not come up. This happens on every subsequent new table I add. If I restart PT3, the problem is temporarlily solved.

Do you still need a log file? If so, please describe exactly when I should start logging, with how many tables going, etc.

Ah, right - that probably means that you don't have pokerstars writing hand histories correctly, and you're just getting the 30 observed hands that you are allowed to import per session.

Have a look at the stars config guide in the Documentation - http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... =starsconf
..and make sure that the hand history files are being written as you play. Then go to the auto import -> Pokerstars Configuration and direct it to import from the same folder these files are being written to.

Pretty sure that's not it. Like I said, PT3 is functioning correctly for the first 30 minutes or so while I'm 24 tabling. That's like 500+ hands. It's around that point that stats fail to show up on new tables.

I verified that my Stars setup and configuration is correct. I didn't have to make any changes, it was already correct.

OK, if you're multi-tabling you're right, it won't be that.

Are the hands still importing OK at this point? (for the new tables)
Do the stats on the original tables continue to update?
Have you run Housekeeping recently to make sure your cache is up to date?

I'll get someone from the development team to take a look at this thread and see whether they want a log file, etc.

NO - just did it........took 24 minutes........did not solve the problem
