Duplicate hands error in Everest using auto import

Postby Ferwan » Mon Nov 03, 2008 7:06 pm

Hi, I'm using Beta 19. When I play at Everest and auto import is running, PT duplicates the 98% of the hands auto imported. This only happens at Everest, not a any other poker site I play.
I have "Move procesed files to" checked

It's a bug???

Any idea about how can I fix this???

Sorry for my english :)

Greetings

Hrm, that shouldn't be happening. Try going to the hand history directory where the Everest hand histories are located and (when Auto import isn't running) move all of the hand histories to a different location and see if that helps. You should also make sure the directory that you move processed files to is not a directory you import from.

If this keeps happening, please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled should be checked, then restart PT3) and play on a single table for a while while auto importing and then stop the auto import when you're done, then start again so we can see the duplicates attempt to be reimported. Then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log to a support request so we can look into what is going on in your case in greater detail.

I don't need to do that. PT auto import the hands correctly when HUD is not running and I'm not playing.

The bug is only when I am playing and using the HUD.

Hi i have the same problem. When you play and run the auto-import process PT3 import correctly hands but try to import many time the same hand (i think). Even if the folder is at start empty the counter of duplicated hands increase with the number of hands imported. I have some screen shot but i don't know to publish it.
Here is a topic where we already talk about this problem : http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=9854&st=0&sk=t&sd=a

Same problem here!
And sometimes the HUD stops refreshing, too.
