PT3 is so laggy

Postby Pokerstars982 » Sun Nov 16, 2008 11:22 am

I 15 table at pokerstars. I found PT3 to be sooo laggy. I have 4GB of ram and I recently purchased PT3 after I formatted my computer. What is the deal. I have no problems with PT2 whatsoever. Please fix this problem. Meanwhile, I'm going to be using PT2 until this issue is resolved. I have Vista if that matters. Please fix this. I can't believe I spent money on this when I could've just stayed with PT2.

What version of PT3 are you using?
Have you run Housekeeping recently to make sure the cache is up to date?
Have you tried experimenting with the HUD Performance Level setting on the HUD Options tab? Different settings work better on different systems so try them out.

I'm using PT3 version 3.00 build 3. I have over 400,000 hands transferred over from PT2. I'm using PT2 as of now. Also, how do you make the hud in PT3 like the original hud. I like the original hud better. Also, how do you make the hud stats appear for the current session only in PT3? how do you run housekeeping?

See the HUD Guides in the Documentation and the How To: HUD Configuration for how to configure the PT3 HUD.
