Playback not working

I've searched and didn't find anything so I'm guessing I'm probably the only one with this problem. When I open up the hand history window and click "Playback this hand" nothing happens.

On the Window menu select Reset Replayer Window Position.

It just hangs. The replayer does not open. The hourglass cursor appears when I mouse over the PTO window. It uses only a little (1-3%) of the CPU cycles. I can right click it on the task bar to close it, and get the standard "This program is not responding" message, and when I click 'End Now' aftger a few seconds I get the "You choose to end the nonresponsive program, Sybase Inc. Product File." message with the option to report to Microsoft.

Does this happen on every hand or just one particular hand?

Every hand. I even tried some from earlier in the year when it was working (problem has been around for about 2 months now). PTH replayer works fine.

Are you sure you selected the Reset Replayer Window Position option on the Window menu? Please try again. That always corrects the problem.

I'm positive - but just tried it twice again to be sure. Still no luck.
