Poker tracker FTP Hud problem

My Hud was working perfectly but now it does not show up at all and it is not importing hands from ftp.

This is what it says
2008/12/28 13:51:09: Full Tilt: Starting auto-import.

I have Full tilt selected to import

Right click the PT3 icon on the desktop and check "Run as Administrator" and then restart PT3 and that should fix it for you.

hey hud isnt putting the stats under the correct players. is there any way to fix this?

Are you using Auto-Center? If so, check it in the Full Tilt Configuration tab (which you can find by clicking "Full Tilt" on the auto-import tab), and that should fix it.

It doesnot helped i try to run as administrator same result can use for partypoker but not for FTP.I have on Pokertracker icon a windows security icon(red,jellow,blue,green).But this should not be a problem ?!
Fulltilllt configuration:
Fulltillt is not configured to save hand histories on disk

Where should i save them which directory

You might also want to try not saving hand histories to a subfolder of the desktop; the desktop has odd permissions in Vista and that might be causing your problem. Make a new directory called C:\Hands\ or some such and try saving hands there (and have PT3 import from there) and see if that helps.
