my pahud registration has been flagged

My PAHUD prompted me with a message saying that my registration has been flagged and telling me to contact support when I tried to start the software. Yesterday I had the problem with the one that I am running on my VM guest OS and today this happened to the one that I have on my host OS. I have been running both for quite sometimes now. I did sent a note to support and am waiting to hear back but I figure that I ought to post here.
Please help since I have to stop playing till I get this problem fixed.

Im not sure what you mean by flagged, but as of today I am also getting an error message saying that my registration needs to be updated and that i must verify that it is today's date and allow PA HUD access to the internet (all of course is done), but entering my reg code simply says registration failed and the cycle continues. Have been trying for a few hours now as this has happened before with server errors etc. but this message appears to be different to what I have seen previously.

Yep, the same thing has happened to me, even though I was using it earlier today... any news yet as to the cause?

I got a note response to my email to support that says the support is handled differently now. We need to submit a support request and get a ticket by going to http://pokeracesoftware.com/support/. I did this a bit earlier. You probably want to do the same if you. have not done so yet. As of now I am waiting for a response.

The reason pokerace needs to connect to the internet is to validate our reg key, so if everyone is having this problem and our reg keys are valid, something on their side must be going wrong...

There does seem to be a problem with the PokerAce HUD registration server.

We are working on it and will get it repaired ASAP.

Hello,
Same problem here,
i tried to use my pahud today and he ask me again my registration code, i put but a internet connection problem happens, since the program can't conect. How many times you need to verify the registration code dude? Because i think this is the third time that ask me again, and the second time that ocurrs a problem like that, so please work hardly to don't make this things happens again, because this sucks. I not paying to do the same thing, put registration code periodicly), work better to not bore your customers.
