I am not sure which guide you are looking for. Was it on the forums? The archived PT2 forums are located [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/forums/archives/PT2/tfx]here[/urltfx].

If it was on the site then it should be available either in the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/faq.phptfx]PokerTracker Holdem - FAQ's[/urltfx] or in the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/docs/tfx]PTH Documentation[/urltfx].

Best regards,

Derek

PS. For future reference, you should post your PT2 questions in the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=25tfx]PokerTracker Holdem Forums[/urltfx].

Hey ty for the quick reply yeah their the links however none of them work i.e i go to Database Questions>cannot compact database and i get "the requested topic does not exist,or you are not authorised to read this forum."

Anyways im having an issue with my PT2 ipoker mined DB when it tries to import i get the message "DBCode 1003 error text SQLSTATE = S1093 {ODBC Microsoft access driver}

Then PT freezes and the import window says "an import is already running"

Any ideas? Thanks.

Oops. I have fixed the problem link.

I am also going to move this to the PokerTracker Holdem Forum. Pat will be able to better answer your questions regarding PT2 than I can.

Best regards,

Derek

[quotee7q]DBCode 1003 error text SQLSTATE = S1093 {ODBC Microsoft access driver}[/quotee7q]

There should be more of an error than this. What is the rest of the text after this message?

Indeed,

"no changes made to database,"

"INSERT INTO players (screen_ name,treeview_icon,player_id,main_site_id,hide_ind,ring_player,tourney_player)
VALUES ('semepremax', 1,32364,15,0,1,0)"

"This error message was written to the error file C:\Programfiles\Pokertracker V2\pterrorlog.txt.Please send this file and the hand history file that caused the error to support @pokertracker.com so that we can diagnose the problem."

I have no idea how to find this file btw tyvm.

It should have given some other error even before this, like "invalid argument" or something like that.

See this FAQ, issue#2
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=1377

If this doesn't help then I need to know the EXACT text of the error prior to "no changes made...".

A database error has occured

DBCode 1003 error text SQLSTATE = S1093
Microsoft {ODBC Microsoft access driver} invalid argument

no changes made to database

INSERT INTO players (screen_ name,treeview_icon,player_id,main_site_id,hide_ind,ring_player,tourney_player)
VALUES ('semepremax', 1,32364,15,0,1,0)

This error message was written to the error file C:\Programfiles\Pokertracker V2\pterrorlog.txt.Please send this file and the hand history file that caused the error to support @pokertracker.com so that we can diagnose the problem.

I think the database is just full ive previously tried utilities>repair DB but it just freezes everything is this standard?
If so i can just leave it to repair overnight and see what happens yeah? ty

If the repair doesn't fix the problem then it's likely because the database has reached it's max size. See the FAQ link above again, the second part, where it tells you what to do in this case, create a new db or convert to PostgreSQL.
