HUD configuration

I am attempting to configure the HUD to the desired stats but am having problems.

When I alter the types of stats requested in the config menu and I click 'apply,' the stats are reverting back to the default settings instead of saving.

I assume you are editting the HUD via the PT-icon -> Configure Stats?

After you Apply, you should see the changes you made but only on the specific table.
After this you need to click PT-icon -> Save Layout; then the saved layout will be applied to any new tables you open. To get it to apply to other already open tables you need to PT-icon -> Reset them.

After I click on apply, the stats go away, then come back in the same setup they were in before, as if nothing has changed. When I click on the PT icon again, the changes I had made no longer exist and are back to the default settings.

That shouldn't be happening.

Please enable logging (Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled and restart PT3) and recreate the situation you just described and then attach the C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTracker.log and C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.
