viewing a tourney start to finish on Pt2

I just won a tourny and am trying to watch some it on PtV2. I am in the "game notes" tab, and all that is being shown are the last two blind levels - around twenty hands . I'm trying to scroll down to get more of the tourny but can't seem to find anything but those last two levels. What am I doing wrong? thanks

Go to the Tourney Notes tab and double-click on the tournament you want to review. Now go to the Game Notes tab. Do you see more hands listed there now?

No, the only hands available is the final twenty or so heads up hands between me and the second place finisher

Then you mustn't have the rest of the hand histories for that tournament for some reason.

I am certain that the hands were imported as my HUD showed me playing 430 hands and the correct numbers for the other players at the various tables I played on.

If PAHUD is showing all the stats then the data is in PT. Are you sure you are looking at the right tourney?
Are you sure you have the right player name selected from the list on the left side of the window? If you don't have your name selected then it's not showing all the hands.

I've got the correct name and it's the correct tourney that's coming up but only the heads up part. Question: I just realized that I can't fully view the bottom of the screen - the part that says "games played during selected tournament" and can't find any arrow to guide me there. Could that be it?

Use the Window > Enable Scrollbars option and see if you can scroll the window down to see the arrow so you can scroll down.

do you mean add/enable scrollbars on the Window option at the very top of the page? That's all I found and when I hit that it didn't help.

Yes. It should have put scrollbars along the right-side and bottom of the stats window. You don't see these? Use the Window/Layer option to get the window straightened out.
