Pop up stats on Stars not working

I am only getting pop up stats on seats 3 and 4 on Stars 6 max tables. There are times where I cant get my pop up stats. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Are the tables being correctly recognized as 6-max (if you look in the main PAH window do they say 6-max)?
If not, try right click -> Treat as 6-max.
You're probably not clicking in the correct place because it doesn't think it's a 6-max table.

The main PAH window does say 6 max. Could it be some other setting?

I am using the Stars Black theme.

I think I vaguely remember people having trouble with the black theme, although I can't remember what, exactly.
It may be to do with the seats being in different positions - if you switch to the standard theme, do the popups work?
Have you tried clicking around where the seats would be in the standard layout while using the black theme? The popup hotspot positions are fixed, so you need to know where they are if using a diffferent theme.

You were correct. The pop ups are in different positions on the black theme. I have located the stats on this theme. Thanks for the help.
