Hi Whiterider,
Over the last few days I have researched my problem a little further and began the process of documenting it (including screenshots as requested).
What I did discover is that my issue may have to do with the backup and restore process. I didn't notice it at the time but I was getting errors once the restore process completes. the first error I see is
pg_restore: creating TABLE holdem_cache
pg_restore: [archiver (db)] Error while PROCESSING TOC:
pg_restore: [archiver (db)] Error from TOC entry 1564; 1259 184581 TABLE holdem_cache postgres
pg_restore: [archiver (db)] could not execute query: ERROR: relation "holdem_cache" already exists
Searching the forums I came across some similar issues and the suggested fix was
1. Update Outdated Database –

http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=17748&p=84188&hilit=%22holdem_cache%22+already+exists#p84188Once I dropped the holdem_cache table my stats in the "Details" Tab (and for that fact the "General" Tab) were now correct.
The next step in the process involves rebuilding the cache and this is where I may be getting it wrong. What is the correct process for "Rebuilding the Cache".
I assumed that all I had to do was run house keeping with the "Update Cache" option selected however when I did try this all I ended up doing was recreating the problem (i.e: I ended up with the exact same discrepancy in my figures as to what I originally had).
Apologies for not submitting a support ticket but I have a feeling my fix is very close at hand. Like I said previously I have taken the required screenshots, captured the Restore Error Log and are in the process of documenting the problem in detail should it be required.
Could you please advise me of the correct process for rebuilding the Cache?
Thanks again for all your help.
Chris
