HUD and importing works like s***

Postby mivara » Tue May 19, 2009 12:24 pm

Hello,

I have been one very user of PT3 for a long time but lately it seems that the software simply will not work properly. First and foremost the importing of hands happens in an extremely slow pace and furthermore the HUD updates when it feels like it, it seems. That might be every 20 hand or so. I have written to the support department in here and the adviced me to do some regulations in order to fix the problem but it has not helped at all so far. I am using the BossMedia network.

What I have done:

- Housekeeping (often).
- Deleted my tournament hands since they fuck up from time to time.
- Changing the HUD options (i.e. the refresh rates, the performance level etc.).

I am sincerely on foreign area when it comes to what I can do now.

Any piece of advice and help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Mikkel

The problem is that they said: "Do that and if that does not work try this!" Now I have tried both and nothing helps?

Reply back to them and tell them that neither of those things worked. It will be faster and easier for you to work with them since they already know what you have and haven't tried.
