Popup for Tournaments not Working

My Default Popup for Tournaments is not working. My Cash Popup works great. All my other Tourney Stats in the HUD seem to be working fine. But when I click on a players stat in a Tourney to bring up the Popup, it doesn't pop up. I looked to make sure it was set up with the same setting as my Cash gme Popup, and it seems to be set up the same.

Any suggestions?

What site are you playing on? Could you double check that you've linked the popup group to your group that shows on the table? (See this tutorial for details)

I play full tilt.

The popup that is not working is the Default popup. My cash game default popup works fine. The Tourney popup does not work.

I tried to check to see if the popup was linked, but it did not seem to be an option for the "defualt" popup (in the Popups section, the Add, Delete and Edit buttons were disabled).

Is the group that should be appearing on the table doing so properly? If it were inadvertently set as a popup that could cause this sort of problem as you can't set a popup to link to another popup.

Yes, I have 4 or 5 groups that I show on the table and they all work great.
The same for my cash game.
The only thing that I can't get to work is my default popup for tourny's.

Look at the Groups tab for the on-table group that you want to click to activate the popup. What does it say in the popups section? It should list your popup group here.

If you still can't get it working you can attach the following file to a ticket on our Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

That did it. I didn't realize that I had to assign the default popup to an existing group. In my case I assigned it to my player stats.
