Had old PAHud but not used for awhile

I bought PT v2 a couple years ago, and used to use it and PAHud, but I stopped playing about a year ago. Now I'm playing again and have PT working fine, but can't get PAHud to run. I downloaded the trial version (it was deleted when I stopped playing before) but it says my trial is over, and when I click the register link, the page doesn't work. I tried retrieving my register code from this site, but it says there was no PAHud registration for my email. The support on this site says to go to Help->About in PAHud, but I can't even get to that point, the program closes when I can't provide a registration code. How do I get PAHud back?

Make sure you are using the latest PAH version 1.19.10.1.

Do you have an existing ticket? What is the number? Please reply to it (or create a new one) and tell us what email address you used when you registered PAH and we'll get your code to you.
