Have you disabled your Firewall? Are you running Windows Vista? If so, are you running PokerTracker as Administrator?
Please create a
Support Ticket with your PokerTracker.log file attached with a detailed description of what actions you performed and what you are trying to accomplish and one of support representatives will contact you with a solution. If a solution cannot be resolved through email, we may have to setup a remote assistance installation.
