New Prima Software error importing

Today Unibet changed to the new software, new table layout. So now PAHUD dont work, and Im unable to import HH to Poker Tracker.

It would help if you provided some more details. Are you getting errors importing hands? If so, what are they exactly?
What version of PT are you using?

hi, same problem, no import any hand. this the message "Unable to get the tournament ID for tourney game number 1936079109...0.20 NL - Tournament) Real Money" but i play a cash game.

i use the 2.17.01g version of tracker.

When will PA HUD start working to Unibet again? It can find the tables but the stats are not at the right player and it is using same layout as the old prima skin

Hi,

I had have the 2.17.01h version and i have instaled the new patch 21701i.exe. But pt make me the same import error (unable to get the tournament ID for tourney game number ......... etc)

You are sure that the version number in the title bar of the PT window says v2.17.01i?

Open the error log window, click the "Export" button. When the notepad window opens with the errors, copy the text from the first errors at the top of the page and paste them into a reply here.
