PTO Not Moving Files for FTP

I have PT2, PTO, and PTS. I noticed that when the new set of releases were issued, that we had to close Full Tilt in order for files to be moved into the history folder. That works fine in PT2 and PTS. It is not working in PTO. The history files remain in the FT Hand History folder and have not been converted to ANSI. They remain in UNICODE.

As mentioned all other products are working correctly. Can we get a new release for this? Thanks.

The programs should all work the same now in that respect.

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.05a from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

I have updated to 1.13.05a and this problem is still occurring. Do you need me to create a log when this happens again?

So you are saying the files are importing correctly but are not moving? Are you using the Full Tilt auto-import window or the generic window?

Also, are you only playing Omaha? PTO will only move Omaha hand files.

I'm using the Full Tilt Auto Import. I am only importing Omaha hands.

The hands I'm importing are primarily Ring Game O/8 limit with some O/8 PL tournaments or SNG's.

In all cases, the hands and tournaments import correctly, but the hand histories are not moved into the default folder. This despite the fact that I have closed Full Tilt poker prior to exiting PTO.

As I said before, the function works correctly for PT2 and PTS, just not for PTO.

Try getting this latest beta patch. I don't remember changing anything, but it's possible that it will help.

If it doesn't help open the Full Tilt auto-import window and click the Enable Logging box. Start the timer. Play some hands for 10 minutes then click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.

I am so sorry Mike. I just noticed that I hadn't checked the box to move files. I had unchecked it after the earlier problems we were having and forgot to reset it. Everything is working OK now.
