does pt3 work with bodog sng's?

It should be, though it's possible there are a few outstanding issues with the HUD. You'd need Beta 29.1 for certain though (you can get it from the download page, see the bottom link).

the hands are not importing, but import and hud work for cash and reg mtts.

I know there are some issues with the HUD not being able to find all Bodog tables - could you please start PT3 with logging enabled and report your problem? That would help us make sure your issues get fixed and ensure that you'll get automatic notification once they are working.
