You've customized HUD profiles? There seems to be an issue with one of them.
Close PokerTracker3 and with Windows File Explorer go to "C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3/Data" and *rename* the file "Layouts.pt3" to "Layouts_ORIG.pt3" or something.
Then click "All Programs -> Pokertracker3 -> Pokertracker3 (Logging Enabled)" and play until the problem occurs (or at least for 10 minutes).
If the same problem occurs again return the logs.
If not then a profile for Full Tilt containing "Cash Cash" seems to be the problem. You can either rebuild whatever customizations you have or close PokerTracker3 and put back your renamed Layouts.pt3 (use a copy of that, not the original in order to have a backup) and sort that one out.
