a couple of problems importing from pt2

Postby schwza » Wed Apr 09, 2008 1:33 pm

my first problem is that one of my postgre databases from PT2 doesn't show up in PT3. it's in the same format as the other ones, and the 2 before it and the 3 after all show up on the list of PT2 postgre databases when i try to convert in PT3.

my second problem is that i am missing some hands after importing (even after accounting for the missing DB). i'm still hunting around trying to find details and i'll respond to this post when i do.

my 2nd problem is fixed. i figured out which hands had not gotten converted and i exported as text and imported into PT3 and that worked fine. not sure why they didn't get converted originally.

i still don't know why i can't convert one of my db's though.

Is that one PostgreSQL database running on the same server as the others?

If you don't know, it probably is. Reproduce the problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a support ticket. Please reference this thread.
