Microgaming Euro Table "Unable to import"

Postby RingoC » Fri Sep 03, 2010 10:27 am

I just installed Microgaming (GNUF Poker skin) today and tried to play a few hands.

As you may know, most of the tables on Microgaming are Euro tables. When I play the Euro tables and auto import, the hands are not importing with the following error:

MicroGaming: Unable to import hand (#3504584653). Reason: Invalid limit (€0.50 NL (6 max)) for hand #3504584653

However, when I tried some USD tables, the hands are importing with no problem. Can you look into this and find a solution?

BTW, I am using the latest version of PT3, v3.07.3 beta.

Please attach the hand histories in question to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you.

You will need to compress the gamehistory.dat file from your C:\Microgaming\Poker\skinname folder and attach that.

Problem solved by changing the regional settings for non-unicode programs to English in Windows.

Thanks PT3 support.
