Hand History from Party Poker

Hi,

I am having trouble importing my hand hsitory from Party Poker. I have followed all the instructions in the how to import section but Poker Tracker says isn't doesn't detect any Party Gaming skins on my computer. Has anyone else experienced this? I would be grateful for any tips.

If the hand history folder is not detected correctly you can configure PT3 manually - please see the Party Poker Configuration guide in the Documentation.

Thanx for the speedy reply whiterider, its not just the hand history the hud also doesn't work, in the partygaming configuration just below directory configuration it says in red writing that 'no partygaming skin is configured to save hand histories to disk' and also when I tried auto-detect it says 'unable to locate party directories' any idea what the problem might be?

Clearly our auto detection of the software's hand history directory is not working - if you click the '...' button you should be able to choose the directory manually. If you do that, and start auto importing, do the hands get imported then?

I clicked '...' and selected C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed and tried importing but didn't work, is this the right folder?

That's the directory that we move files to after we've processed them. The directory you are looking for will be something like: C:\Program Files\Program Files\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\ - see the Party Poker Configuration Guide for details on how to set hand histories to save if you cannot find that directory.
