Full Tilt Time zone settings

Postby zachdk » Thu Dec 09, 2010 3:50 pm

After using the new feature in Fulltilt with setting the Timezone I get an error when importing hands.

Pokertracker writes the following during import:

Full Tilt: Warning: Unrecognized game type: 19:14:31 CET

The log files have changed from:

Full Tilt Poker Game #26227580xxx: $5 + $0.25 Heads Up Sit & Go (203510xxx), Table 1 - 10/20 - No Limit Hold'em - 14:00:35 ET - 2010/12/08

To:

Full Tilt Poker Game #26253868xxx: $5 + $0.25 Heads Up Sit & Go (203721xxx), Table 1 - 10/20 - No Limit Hold'em - 19:14:31 CET - 2010/12/09 [13:14:31 ET - 2010/12/09]

So it looks like the import function don't like the CET part.

It works if I manually change the HH file to the old format before importing.

This is a known issue. If you set your time zone back to ET, the hands will import properly and the HUD will work normally. Support for all of their time zones will be added in our next beta release. I don't have an ETA for that release at this point, though.

PT3 will work fine if you set the Full Tilt TimeZone back to ET, but I expect the next release pretty soon.
