Ongame HUD

Bought PokerTracker the other day, everything is working fine except for the HUD is not being displayed on the OnGame network on Betfair skin which I play under.

I have the file which the Hand histories are being stored in detected.

Are you using Windows or Mac? The HUD will not work on Mac to a problem in the native Mac version of the OnGame software - it should now work using the in-browser version, though.

Assuming you're on Windows: OnGame are in the process of rolling out an update to their software, and Betfair has been updated. The new hand history path will be something like:
C:\Users\[xxx]\P5JavaClientSettings\HandHistory
See the OnGame Configurations Guide in the Documentation (bear in mind that the guide refers to the old path, but the settings are the same) and the FAQ: Importing to PT3.

I am using a Mac. I downloaded the skin, so you are saying a HUD will only work if I go to their site and use the instant play link?

Anyways, for the first 500 hands or so my hands were being imported and everything was working and then all of sudden I try to auto-import and it says there are 0 files for OnGame to monitor. I auto-detected where the handhistories were being saved but it seems like my hand histories arent being saved at all. But i don't know where to confirm that because I have checked all over Betfair and not seen any option to save hand histories for a certain period of time or whatever.

Could you try the instant play link? That ought to be working - let us know if it doesn't.

But PT3 can't even find the files where my hand histories are saved. Every time I click auto-import it says there are 0 files to monitor. According to PT3 I have played 568 hands, and according to PokerTableRatings I have played 2378. So it seems thats PT3 is not importing anything at all.

Try looking via Spotlight for a P5JavaClientSettings directory - they may be in a subfolder of that directory but I don't know at this point where it's stored on the Mac side.

I can't find it. I found the OnGame folder and it has subfolders with dates on it like 05-19, 05-21, and my first session of 05-22, but not the other session. I just played a session today, May 23rd, and there is no folder for 05-23 yet.

edit: It just found the file for my May 23rd session. I am still missing 2000 hands I played yesterday tho.

What location were those folders in?

when i press auto detect the file that comes up is /Users/josiahmori/.P5/Betfair/handhistory


so its a different file.

now its not working again
