Problem with import in PT3

Hello, today I was playing. At one point in the game, while still importing hands, I wanted to see today's session and see how i was playing. PokerTracker But I shot a lot of mistakes that read some C + + runtime error. I do not understand.
Restart the PokerTracker but could not continue playing because all the previous hands I carried as duplicates and PokerTracker was slow.

How I do to fix this?

I have the PokerTracker registered.

Please start auto import and let it finish running through the duplicates while you're not playing. Once it finishes, stop the auto import and PT3 should clear everything out for you and it should work properly after that. In the future, for the record, if you just let it get through the duplicates it will eventually start working. PT3 doesn't actually import the duplicates, it just recognizes that they are duplicates, which takes time.
