Pokertracker cant varify your registration

Postby Maxmaatta » Sat Jul 09, 2011 4:49 am

I just bought pokertracker micro after been really satisfied with a great program for the trial period. Id actually made me win the money so i could buy the program. But now when I write the code it says: "Pokertracker cant verify your registration".

What to do?

If you're using Vista or Windows 7 make sure to run PT3 as Administrator:
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA and 7 users, you must read this...

Also check our Firewall Guide as that could prevent PT3 connecting to the registration server.

If that doesn't help please report your problem - your log should let us see what is going on and one of our support technicians will help you get things sorted out.

I'm sure you'll get a reply to your ticket soon - the guys who answer the tickets initially are in the US so it's a bit early for them just yet, but you should get an answer before too long.
